I have worked with her on three custom pieces in gold—two rings for me, and an engraved pendant for a friend—and in both cases I was impressed and delighted with the results. Even if you give Kellie total creative freedom—and I urge you to do so—she always sends updates (photo/video/text) at each step of the process to incorporate your feedback and make tweaks as needed.
